HOW TO ACCESS THE STREAM

A “Direct Link” is provided in your ticket email that contains a unique ticket code so you can access the stream. You can click the Direct Link button from the ticket email or manually copy/paste the Direct Link URL into your browser. This will take you to the watch page for your event and validate your ticket so you can watch the stream.

FOR PURCHASES RIGHT BEFORE OR DURING THE STREAM:
We also list the Direct Links for each ticket in your order on the PURCHASE SUCCESS PAGE after you finish ticket purchase. So, if you purchase your ticket close to the show start time, or after the stream has started, read the instructions on the purchase success page and you can immediately access the stream without having to find the ticket email we sent to you.

FIND YOUR LIVESTREAM TICKET ASAP

Find the LiveStream Ticket that we emailed to you after purchase right away and make sure you know how to easily find it when it comes time to watch the stream. You will need your ticket email in order to watch.

TIP: Click the “Add to Calendar” icon listed in your ticket email for the calendar you use. This will create a calendar event for you and you can set reminders so you don’t miss the stream.

IF YOU CAN’T FIND YOUR TICKETS:
Your tickets are sent from support@aftontickets.com so search that from: address in your email inbox. Check all tabs and your spam folder.

You can also access your tickets at any time from your customer account at: www.aftontickets.com/login
If you go this route, type in the email address you used for your original purchase. If you used “Checkout as Guest” you can click “Forgot Password?” and reset your password to access your account. Once logged into your customer account, click your profile circle icon in the top right of the page, then click My Account >> My Tickets. Click the “View >” button for your live stream event. Select the right ticket and click “Go to Broadcast Page.”
This is how you can access the stream if you ever lose the ticket we emailed to you.

ARRIVE IN THE STREAM 30 MINUTES EARLY

We highly recommend that you arrive in the stream 30 minutes EARLY before the show start time so you have time to find your ticket and to properly set up the device you’re going to watch on. Set up your live chat username and avatar/picture, live chat opens 20 minutes prior to the show.

WATCHING THE STREAM ON YOUR TV OR GAME SYSTEM

If you want to watch on your TV or game system please read the article below based on what you plan to watch on.

TIP: We recommend that you click on your ticket’s Direct Link to go to the watch page days or weeks ahead of time to verify that you know how to properly set the stream up on your TV or game system.

FULLSCREEN MODE DISABLED UNTIL SHOW STARTS

When you arrive in the stream early, you will see the event image where the video player will be. A countdown will be displayed until the show start time. You cannot go full-screen mode until the show starts. Once the show starts you can go full-screen by clicking the bottom right corner of the video player just like you would do on YouTube or Netflix.

SWITCHING DEVICES & DEAUTHORIZING OTHER DEVICES

Each Afton Live Stream Ticket grants viewing to 1 device at any one time. So if you receive the message “Already Watching on Another Device” on the watch page, it means you validated your ticket on another device or browser. Don’t worry! You’ll have the option to “Deauthorize All Other Devices” which will close the watch page on any other device that is using your ticket and you’ll be able to watch the stream. There is also a Switch Device button on the watch page in the upper right-hand corner as well.

Do not ever share your LiveStream ticket with anyone else or you risk not being able to watch the show.
