First, make sure you successfully completed your ticket transaction and you saw the “Success! Transaction Completed” page. If the transaction failed, or if you did not click the “Complete Purchase” button then that could explain why you can’t find your tickets.
After a successful purchase, we’ll send you an email from firstname.lastname@example.org with your tickets attached as a .PDF file if you chose Print at Home Delivery. If you chose Mobile Delivery, the email will contain your tickets within it. If you chose Will Call delivery option your tickets will be waiting for you at will call or we can look up your name at will call at the event.
TO RETRIEVE YOUR TICKETS
Go to www.AftonTickets.com and click the Login/Sign Up link at the top of the screen.
- If you used Connect w/Facebook to checkout, click the blue Connect w/Facebook button to login.
- If you created an account with your email then type in your email and the password you chose. If you forgot your password, here’s how to reset it.
- If you used Guest Checkout, you can use our forgot password feature to reset your password so you can login and retrieve your tickets. Here’s how.
Once logged into your account, click the “Download Tickets” button for your event underneath the Ticket Purchases heading.
