If you are trying to purchase tickets and see this error during checkout:

 

This means that your phone number is already linked to another account and you need to either change the number you are using for checkout OR you can merge the accounts together. If you want to merge them just click ‘Click here’.

Next you will need to choose one of these options:

Edit Phone Number – This option is to change the number to something else.

Merge These Accounts – Will let you use that same number to checkout but you will need to merge the accounts first.

Back To Billing Page – This option will just close this window and go back.

Choose ‘Merge These Accounts’ and you should see this message:

Once you receive the code just enter it and it will merge the accounts together and then you will be able to finish the purchase process.
