Happiness Locked is an optional ticket protection product offered at checkout when you purchase
tickets through Afton Tickets. If you add Happiness Locked to your order and later can’t attend your
event for a covered reason, you can request reimbursement of the non-refundable face-value of your
ticket.
Happiness Locked is offered by Happiness Locked LLC, a separate company from Afton Tickets.
Requests for reimbursement are handled directly by Happiness Locked — not by Afton.
A few important things to know
- Happiness Locked is optional. You choose whether to add it at checkout.
- It’s not insurance. It’s a ticket protection service that reviews requests against a specific list of
covered reasons. - It only applies to the order you added it to. It doesn’t carry over to other orders.
- It can’t be added after you’ve completed your purchase, and it can’t be canceled or
refunded on its own.
