You can save time during the ticket purchase process at AftonTickets.com, by signing in using your Facebook account. Just click the blue ‘Connect w/ Facebook’ button, when you are asked to sign in.
To sign in using your Facebook account, you will be prompted to give AftonTickets.com access to your public profile and friend list. Facebook requires these two permissions to be mandatory, so we have no choice but to require them. Also, permission to access your email address is required for sign in — so we can deliver tickets to you via email, lookup will call purchases with your email address, and email you purchase receipts. But you can opt out of receiving emails about future events, either during checkout or at any time in the future.
If you click ‘Okay’ for those required permissions, you will be presented with each of the following:
- AftonTickets.com would like to post to your friends on your behalf.
- AftonTickets.com would like to manage your events.
For each of these requests, you can choose either ‘Okay’ or ‘Skip’. These are not required, but granting these permissions will allow us to help you share info about your upcoming events, if you choose do do so later.
No matter what permissions you grant to AftonTickets.com, we will never post anything to your account, without you asking us to. We’re here to help you get the most out of your events, not surprise you or annoy your friends 😉
