WHERE ARE MY MOBILE TICKETS?

Please check your email account’s Spam or Junk folder, if you haven’t received your mobile ticket(s) in your inbox.

WHAT ARE MOBILE TICKETS?

Mobile Tickets are event tickets that are delivered to your email account in the body of a specifically mobile-friendly format. Your Mobile Tickets delivery email will contain a separate barcode (or QR code) for each ticket you bought as a part of that purchase.

HOW DO I USE MY MOBILE TICKETS TO GET INTO THE EVENT?

When you approach the entry to the event, please turn up the brightness on your device’s screen as high as possible (to make the barcode scanning easier) and open your Mobile Tickets delivery email, so the body of that email is displayed on your screen.

When the event staff asks to see your ticket, show them the screen of your smartphone, so they can scan the barcode for each ticket you are redeeming for admission.

WHY CAN’T I SEE BARCODES (QR CODES)?

The 2D barcode (QR code) for each ticket is in the body of the Mobile Tickets delivery email. The subject line of this email will being with “Your Mobile Tickets…”. Please make sure you’re not looking in your purchase receipt email (e.g. “Your Tickets Purchase…” subject line) by mistake.

If you’re still having trouble seeing the barcode images, make sure that your email server/account/application aren’t blocking the images. If so, you’ll need to grant them permission to load the barcode images.
