Double Charged:
If you think you have a double charge on the account the first thing to look for is if both charges in fact went through. Usually you can tell from your card statement if the charges say ‘Pending’ above them. If you do see pending that usually means the charge did not go through and the funds are just being held. This is because even if a transaction does not go through the card still has to be ran in order to check that the information provided was correct. If it was not correct or the transaction just did not go through then the purchase will fail and you should be alerted that it failed but the charge might still show up as ‘Pending’ on your statement.
You can always check with our support team to make sure that only one charge went through. OR you can always login to your aftontickets.com account and check your purchases there. If your purchase did go through you will have a ticket in your account.
Credit/Debit Card Not Working – Declined:
If you make a purchase and you either see the image below or get an email that has the image below then the purchase did not go through.
The logo at the top will be different (depending on which event you purchased for) but it should give a similar error message.
