For events that span multiple days (e.g. festivals, conferences, etc) there may be tickets available that are valid for more than one day of the event. In these cases, your ticket will only be valid to be scanned once, and while scanning your ticket, the event staff will give you the necessary materials or instructions to get into the event in the subsequent day(s).
WRISTBANDS, NAME BADGES, HAND/WRIST STAMPS
It is up to the event organizer how to allow admission for subsequent days of an event, for customers who purchased a multi-day ticket. Typically though, multi-day ticket holders will be given a wristband, name badge, or hand stamp at the time their ticket is first scanned - the first time they enter the event. From then on, that item is what they'll use to gain admission to the venue during the appropriate day(s) of the event.
WHAT IF I CAN'T KEEP MY WRISTBAND OR STAMP ON?
If you have to take off your wristband or hand/wrist stamp (because of work, school, or another function) before the final day of the event, you can get another one when you return to the entry gates or front doors, by brining each of the following:
- Purchase receipt with customer name
- Photo ID with customer name
- Wristband that was cut off
With those items, the event staff will be able to grant you admission and get you another wristband or stamp.
